SwiftKey has been making some big changes lately, and running the beta version of the keyboard gets you a sneak peek at what's coming next. In the latest beta update, there are new languages integrated with SwiftKey's improved neural network prediction engine, as well as support for using as many as five languages at the same time. SwiftKey loves multi-lingual users, apparently.

When SwiftKey launched its neural network system, it was only available in English. This model is better at understanding the context of what you're typing, so it can provide more accurate predictions. The addition of French, German, and Spanish will allow more users to give this a shot. There are also just more languages available including four new ones and the option to have as many as five of them turned on at a time.

The features in SwiftKey's beta app will eventually make their way to the stable version. You can run both of them side-by-side if you just want to test the new stuff, then go back to the stable version.
